From his birthday and until the end of his growth, a child might need physiotherapy.

The main reasons would be :

KINE AT HOME team is specialised in taking care of children. We place high priority on listening to our young patients and their parents in order to determine their rehabilitation goals.

It is to treat the child’s pathology, monitor his evolution and adapt the technics throughout the treatment process according to the child’s needs,  the pathology’s evolution and the child's growth.

We are also seeking to answer the child and his/her parents’ questions. We think about solutions to ease their everyday life.

KINE AT HOME team works along with the doctor and with other health specialists in order to adapt, if necessary, the child’s treatment.

For a child optimal rehabilitation, it is crucial to know the specificities linked to his growth and the steps of his psychomotor development.

We ensure as much as possible to keep the rehabilitation amusing in order to catch the confidence and cooperation of the child during the cure.

During the first visit, we will try to get to know the child in order to know what part to work on. The physiotherapist will successively evaluate the joints and muscular state, the child’s level of pain and will study his psychomotor development through some exercises.

This procedure is regularly updated during the treatment in order to check the evolution.
